Micunovo

Mićunovo lies on the road from Bačka Topola to Čantavir. In 1947 the village was given its present name after Lazar Mićunović, a well-known Partisan fighter. It grew up on the loess plateau between the two world wars as farmsteads clustered together. Village Day is celebrated on 5 July, and the best-known local event is the Bean Festival (Pasuljijada), held in August.
